1 – medium tomato
1 – medium avocado
1/8 cup – cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup – sweet onion, chopped
1 TBSP – fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Clove of Garlic
I like to keep this recipe chunky vs. the usual creamy guacamole. All you need to do now is combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, gently mix, chill for an hour. Toast your favorite bread, rub it will a clove of garlic and drizzle lightly with some olive oil.
