Day 2 – Raw Diet

Yesterday’s lunch was amazing and filled of nutritional goodness. You wouldn’t think eating a bunch of raw vegetables and nuts could be so satisfying and filling. The portions are not that large but because they are well balanced, you’re body doesn’t crave more food or temptations for snacks or sugary treats. It’s really quite amazing.

But I do know that when you eat this much nutty proteins, your body is going to start to do some detoxing and there is only one way for that to leave your body, if you know what I mean.
